Switch Replacement

The City of Meriden is seeking a qualified contractor to furnish and install a new 800 Amp Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) including all associated excavation, bollards, conduit, feeders, system annunciation, engineered installation services, temporary generator rental, complete system switchover, startup, operational testing, and commissioning required for a turnkey installation at the Meriden Police Department. The scope of work includes: • Furnishing and installing a new 800 Amp Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) • Excavation, bollards, conduit, feeders, system annunciation • Engineered installation services • Temporary generator rental • Complete system switchover, startup, operational testing, and commissioning This project requires a turnkey installation, indicating that the contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the project, from design to completion.
