On-Call Architectural and Engineering Services SBE

The City and County of Denver Department of Aviation is seeking proposals for on-call architectural and engineering services for Denver International Airport. The scope of work varies for each task and may include design for modifications and additions to existing facilities and systems, design for new facilities, building evaluations, producing reports and studies, architectural programming, and planning, permitting, and construction administration. The contract is expected to start on or about March 2026 and has a scheduled duration of approximately three years with two one-year options to extend. • The proposal must include a proposal narrative, sample agreement, conflict of interest question submission form, proposal forms, diversity survey, and financial forms. • The City and County of Denver Department of Aviation encourages small business participation and joint ventures with minority-owned businesses. • The contract will be awarded based on the proposer's alignment with the City's values, approach, experience, ability to perform work, costs, and pricing. • The City and County of Denver Department of Aviation reserves the right to reject any proposal that does not meet the requirements outlined in the RFP.
