Description
The Department of Information Technology is seeking a contractor to provide Versa maintenance renewal services for the period of 2026-2027. The scope of work includes the provision of Versa Prime SD-WAN 25M pro-rated subscription support and Versa hardware support and maintenance. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Versa and provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. The contract will be for a period of one year, from January 5, 2026, to January 4, 2027.
• The contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP.
• The contractor must not impose a restocking fee if an item is returned due to damage or incorrect product shipped.
• The contractor must include a Mercury Affidavit with the bid, if applicable.
• The contractor must submit all invoices electronically to [email protected].
