The city requires the delivery of 9 pairs of SIMMs Wading Boots Mens Freestone Wading Boot Rubber Sole, 4 pairs of SIMMs Wading Boots Mens Freestone Wading Boot Felt Sole, 3 sets of SIMMs Hardbite Wading Boot Studs for VIBRAM (rubber) Soles, and 4 sets of SIMMs Hardbite Star Wading Boot Cleat. The boots and studs must meet the specified requirements and be delivered to the Laboratory Services department. • The contract term will be for 365 days. • The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids. • The city requires the seller to provide a quote for all items specified. • The seller must not include any sales taxes in the quoted price. • The seller must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The seller must provide insurance as specified in the contract. • The seller must indemnify the city against any losses or damages.
