Description
The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive Job Order Contracting (JOC) program development, software, implementation, and ongoing support services for MBTA facilities. The JOC program will be used to accelerate delivery of small- to medium-sized construction projects, including deferred maintenance, safety-related work, accessibility upgrades, emergency repairs, and other projects. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a JOC system, training, and technical support to the MBTA. The contract is expected to be for a period of time to support the MBTA's JOC program. Key aspects of the scope of work include:
* Program development and execution procedures
* Unit Price Book and technical specifications development
* Procurement support and contract administration
* JOC program management software and training
* Technical support and customer service
The MBTA is looking for a vendor with experience in providing JOC services and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
