The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement is seeking qualified vendors for the abatement and demolition of residential properties. The work includes asbestos material removal and disposal, demolition, and debris removal. The successful vendor will be required to complete all work within 120 calendar days of a Notice to Proceed. The City reserves the right to award each group to a different vendor, all groups to one vendor, or any combination of groups to a particular vendor. • The Scope of Services for this RFQ includes demolition of residential properties. • Vendors must be prequalified by the City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement. • The City of Detroit will evaluate all properties listed under this RFQ individually. • The successful vendor must provide performance and payment bonds to the City of Detroit for the total amount of the work included under the Contract.
