2026 Third Party Administrator for Management of Police Secondary Employment Program

The Township of Cherry Hill is seeking a qualified third-party administrator to provide a secondary employment management system and full administrative services for the Cherry Hill Police Department. The successful bidder will be responsible for administering off-duty police details, including accepting requests, managing paperwork, scheduling, reporting, invoicing, and collecting payments. The administrator will charge a percentage of the total invoice as a fee, paid directly by the requesting vendor. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing a secure, web-based secondary employment management system • Administering all off-duty police details • Managing required paperwork submissions from requesting vendors • Scheduling off-duty police officers • Reporting, invoicing, and collecting payments • Refunding escrow balances and remitting payments to the Township Controller's Office and Police Department The initial term of the contract is three years, with the option for two one-year renewals at the sole discretion of the Township.
