The St. Charles County Regional Airport is undertaking a comprehensive flood‑resiliency upgrade that includes extensive civil‑works, pavement removal and replacement, storm‑water infrastructure, and erosion control measures. The contract is structured as a base‑bid with two optional additive alternates, allowing the awardee to perform up to 100 calendar days of work once a Notice to Proceed is issued.
