Description
The FAA is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive, consolidated elevator maintenance services for the Air Traffic Control Towers (ATCT) at Kona (KOA) and Honolulu (HNL) in Hawaii. The contract covers routine monthly inspections, adjustments, minor repairs (parts ≤ $700), and major part replacements at the lowest price, with all labor and installation provided at no additional cost to the FAA. Service frequency is twelve (12) visits per year for each tower, spanning a base period of one year (10/01/2026‑09/30/2027) with four optional one‑year extensions. The contractor must supply all personnel, tools, materials, insurance, and emergency response capabilities, and must adhere to FAA safety, security, and documentation requirements.
