Description
The Cumberland County is seeking bids for the replacement of two kitchen make-up air units at the Detention Center. The work includes demo/removal of existing units, installation of new equipment, testing and balancing, electrical support, hoisting equipment, start-up, and CFM verification. The contractor shall also provide a one-year warranty for parts and labor. The project must be completed within 120 calendar days of commencement, and all equipment must be submitted for approval to Cumberland County prior to purchase.
• The contractor shall demo/remove the existing kitchen make-up air/exhaust assembly with heaters.
• The contractor shall install new equipment to match the performance of existing equipment.
• The contractor shall provide testing and balancing, turnkey electrical support, hoisting equipment, start-up, and CFM verification.
• The contractor shall include all roof patching related to the installation.
• The contractor shall coordinate the schedule with the owners and communicate with them on schedule, timelines, and provide oversight over the project.
