Modular Ramp at Private Residence

The Department of Disabilities and Special Needs is seeking a Medicaid enrolled DME provider to install a metal/modular ADA ramp for safe access to a private residence. The estimated length of the ramp needed is approximately 46 feet long, 36 feet wide, with switchback and landing platforms. • The provider must be a Medicaid enrolled DME provider to be eligible for this project. • The estimated length of the ramp needed is approximately 46 feet long, 36 feet wide, with switchback and landing platforms. • The project requires the installation of a metal/modular ADA ramp.
