Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a Spectrum Management Signal Analyzer. The analyzer should meet the specifications outlined in the attached salient features document. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside opportunity. The contract will be awarded to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
• The analyzer should be capable of analyzing spectrum management signals.
• The analyzer should meet the technical specifications outlined in the salient features document.
• The contract will be awarded based on technical acceptability and lowest price technically acceptable.
• The offeror should indicate that their proposal meets all specifications.
• The offeror should provide a firm fixed price for the analyzer.
