26-21 Financial Advisor Services Re-Advertisement

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners is seeking proposals for Financial Advisor services. The selected Financial Advisor will provide a full scope of financial advisory services, including reviewing and reporting on the County's debt structure and financial resources, recommending financial structures for proposed projects, and assisting with bond issuances. The Financial Advisor will also provide strategic advice on terms, features, timing, and marketing of issues, and will assist the County in obtaining the highest possible credit ranking. The Financial Advisor must be able to perform a wide range of tasks, including analyzing revenue trends, conducting economic and financial impact assessments, and providing expert testimony at validation hearings.
