Taylor & Francis brand Name Journal Collection Subscription

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, is seeking to procure an online subscription to the Taylor & Francis Journal Collection. The contract will have a base year from the time of award to 31 December 2026, with four option years. The contractor will be required to provide online access to the Taylor & Francis journals, website/database support staff, and usage statistics. The contractor must also ensure that the material is full text, including photographs, images, tables, graphs, etc., and that the newest issue is available with no time embargoes or schedule delays. • The contractor must provide online access to the Taylor & Francis journals as listed in Attachment A. • The contractor must furnish website/database support staff for IP modifications and other technical issues. • The contractor must supply usage statistics if/when requested. • The material must be full text, including photographs, images, tables, graphs, etc. • The newest issue must be available with no time embargoes or schedule delays. • The contractor must provide one website database supplying right of entry. • All material must be delivered to the Rock Island District no later than 2 weeks after the time of award, and will expire on December 31, 2026, for the base year.
