Gwinnett County is seeking a qualified contractor to deliver comprehensive pressure‑washing, clean‑and‑seal, and sculpture‑maintenance services for a wide array of county facilities on an annual basis, with up to four optional one‑year extensions. The scope covers cold‑ and hot‑water pressure washing, chemical and abrasive cleaning, caulking, masonry sealing, soft‑washing, and periodic sculpture care, requiring the use of high‑psi equipment, aerial lifts, and full labor and material provision. Bidders must submit sealed bids by the August 20 deadline, attend (or at least consider) the pre‑bid conference, and meet extensive insurance and compliance requirements.
