Description
The City of Saratoga Springs is seeking a vendor to conduct commercial appraisal, valuation, and consultation services for assessment purposes. The selected vendor will be responsible for collecting and valuing commercial inventory, including existing, recently improved, and new construction properties. The vendor will be required to provide a new commercial property record card, sketch, and digital photos for each property, and all data items will be recorded on the Standard Office of Real Property Tax Service Form RP-3105. The vendor will be expected to complete the work in a timely manner, with an average of 35 commercial assignments per year.
