Amarillo VAHCS Emergency Offsite Testing

The Amarillo VA Health Care System (AVAHCS) is seeking a contractor to provide emergency offsite laboratory testing services. The contractor will be required to provide STAT and Urgent laboratory testing services on an as-needed basis, including but not limited to the tests listed in Attachment A. The contractor must have the capability to provide 24/7 on-demand courier services for specimen pickup and meet specific performance standards for testing initiation and turnaround time. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) unit pricing per test. Key features of the contract include: * Provision of local, off-site STAT and Urgent laboratory testing services * 24/7 on-demand courier services for specimen pickup * Meeting specific performance standards for testing initiation and turnaround time * Provision of electronic ordering and results reporting system * Compliance with VA policies and regulations, including those related to information security and privacy.
