NEW Current Production Year Small SUV Utility Plug in Hybrid

The County of Riverside is seeking quotations for three new current production year small SUV utility plug-in hybrid vehicles. Bidders may submit quotes for all three vehicles or individual make/model vehicles. The County intends to award the lowest responsive bidder per make/model quoted. The contract will result in a single purchase order, and no subsequent purchases are guaranteed or implied. The awarded bidder will be required to provide a warranty that includes all parts and labor. • The vehicles must be new and of the current production year. • The vehicles must be small SUV utility plug-in hybrids. • Bidders must submit quotes electronically through PublicPurchase.com. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all offers and waive any discrepancies or technicalities. • The contract will be awarded based on the lowest overall purchase price, delivery date, adherence to specifications, and other factors. • The awarded bidder must provide proof of insurance coverage and limits. • The awarded bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to economic sanctions and Russian sanctions.
