OLHC As-Needed Maintenance & Repair Services on Non-Federal Aid Louisiana State Highways

The Office of Louisiana Highway Construction (OLHC) is seeking qualified contractors to provide on‑call maintenance and repair services for all Non‑Federal Aid state highways, bridges, and related transportation assets throughout Louisiana. The contract is an indefinite‑delivery, indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) arrangement covering a one‑year period, with work ordered via individual work orders as needs arise. Bidders may submit on a District Service Area basis and can win one or multiple districts.
