Fleet Shop Equipment Service and Parts

El Paso County is soliciting responses from qualified, experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete phases of the Fleet Shop Equipment Service and Parts. The material and labor services to be purchased pursuant to this RFP are funded by El Paso County. Key services include regular maintenance, emergency repairs, replacement parts and supplies, fluids, as well as annual inspections and certifications to ensure compliance with local safety and regulatory standards. • The contract will cover equipment at multiple locations, including the Brown Transportation Complex, Calhan Maintenance Facility, and Mark Dabling Maintenance Facility. • The successful Contractor shall be considered and shall remain an independent Contractor throughout the term of any contract awarded pursuant to this Solicitation. • The Contractor shall provide and assume full responsibility for all services, materials, equipment, and labor necessary for completion of the services outlined in this Solicitation as awarded. • Proposers are required to have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in providing maintenance and repair services for parts washers, oil burner heaters, heating systems, and pressure washers.
