Auction Services for Municipal Personal Property, Equipment and Vehicles – Statewide Cooperative Contract for the Empire State Cooperative Procurement Alliance

The County of Rockland, on behalf of the Empire State Cooperative Procurement Alliance (“ESCPA”), seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide professional auction services for the sale and disposal of surplus municipal personal property, equipment, and vehicles. The resulting contract shall be available for use by the County of Rockland and, pursuant to New York State General Municipal Law §103(3), may be used by all political subdivisions, school districts, BOCES, special districts, and other authorized entities throughout New York State. Real estate auction services are expressly excluded from this solicitation and may be the subject of a separate solicitation, at a later date.
