• Provide complete AB‑scan systems (hardware, probes, carts, DICOM, training) meeting detailed performance specs. • All equipment must be new OEM; refurbished/gray‑market items are prohibited. • Nationwide delivery via FOB Destination; individual orders will be issued under the IDIQ contract. • Mandatory CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0010 must be quoted; failure to do so renders the offer ineligible. • Contractor must submit quarterly sales reports and remit SLA fees, and comply with electronic invoicing requirements.
