The Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) solicits qualified vendors to provide Title I tutoring services for 1,000‑1,500 eligible students across the district. Services must be delivered in‑person, virtually, and in hybrid formats, with pre‑ and post‑testing, family‑engagement events, and full compliance with federal and state education regulations. The contract is a sealed competitive RFQ, with a maximum term of five years, and no guaranteed volume beyond the estimated 1,000 onsite and 1,000 virtual instructional hours used for evaluation.
• Provide reading, math, and English tutoring (in‑person, virtual, and hybrid) for Title I‑eligible students, including pre‑tests before tutoring and annual post‑tests by May 1.
• Deliver family‑engagement activities, maintain detailed progress reports, and adhere to ADA, ESEA, and related federal requirements.
• Maintain required insurance coverage (up to $2 M for cyber/privacy), pass background checks, and retain all records for seven years.
• Submit a completed cost spreadsheet (Exhibit A) with hourly rates and administrative cost percentages; price evaluations will be based on the lowest cost after technical evaluation.
• All work is performed under individual Purchase Orders; the contract does not guarantee a minimum volume, and payments are made after invoicing with supporting documentation.
