Pease Development Authority’s Division of Ports and Harbors is seeking a contractor to provide on‑call snow‑plowing and mechanized salting services at three marine facilities (Portsmouth Commercial Fish Pier, Rye Harbor, and Hampton Harbor). The contractor must be on‑call 24/7, respond within two hours of a service request, perform “back‑dragging” on the fish‑pier wooden deck, and repair any damage at no extra cost.
