The U.S. Embassy in Guatemala is seeking a vendor to provide a brand‑new, NDAA‑compliant washing drone system for façade cleaning, including all hardware, software, accessories, a two‑year data plan, and on‑site consulting services. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price purchase order; delivery must occur within 30 calendar days of award, either via a U.S. warehouse (Miami) or directly to the Guatemalan embassy warehouse. Vendors must be SAM‑registered, comply with extensive FAR, cybersecurity, labor, and export clauses, and submit a complete quotation package by the specified deadline.
• Supply a complete “Sherpa Window Cleaning Bundle” drone system (airframe, controller, batteries, chargers, propellers, skid frame, etc.) – 1 unit
• Provide a two‑year pre‑paid data plan, five days of on‑site consulting, and associated accessories (valve, servo, propellers)
• Deliver the system within 30 days, handle all shipping, packaging, and customs requirements, and provide a 1‑year manufacturer warranty
