CMAR for Kortsen Road from Pinal Ave to Peart Rd

The City of Casa Grande is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction services and complete construction services for the Kortsen Road from Pinal Avenue to Peart Road Project. The project involves expanding capacity to reduce congestion, improving pavement drainage, and engaging stakeholders to ensure diverse perspectives and transparent decision-making. The CMAR will be responsible for working with the engineering design team, determining constructability and cost estimation, and providing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) construction contract. The CMAR will also be responsible for construction means and methods, self-performing work or soliciting bids from qualified subcontractors, and maintaining a safe work site. • The CMAR will provide pre-construction services, including design development and value engineering. • The CMAR will provide construction services, including construction management and quality control. • The CMAR will be responsible for coordinating with various City departments, other agencies, utility companies, and stakeholders. • The CMAR will be responsible for procuring materials and equipment, maintaining the approved project schedule, and providing payment and performance bonds. • The CMAR will be responsible for addressing and resolving owner issues and maintaining a safe work site for all project participants.
