Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide integrated waste management services (IWMS) at various locations in the United Kingdom. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, containers, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform IWMS. The contract will be for a period of 60 months, with a minimum guarantee of $5,380,000 USD. The contractor must have experience in providing IWMS services, including solid, non-hazardous, and hazardous liquid waste collections and removal. The contractor must also have a valid UK Environment Agency upper-tier waste carrier, broker, and dealer registration.
• The contractor will be required to provide a technical proposal, including a management plan, environmental permits and compliance, and a vehicle and equipment management plan.
• The contractor will be required to provide a past performance proposal, including detailed descriptions of relevant and recent work experience.
• The contractor will be required to provide a price proposal, including pricing for all items in the offer sheet.
• The contractor must be able to mobilize within 60 days and provide initial support at contract award.
• The contractor must be able to phase-in all PWS requirements, including coordination with incumbent contractors.
• The contractor must be able to manage subcontractors, if applicable.
• The contractor must be able to manage at least two separate regions simultaneously.
• The contractor must be able to service a minimum of 290 Front End Loaders (FEL) and 1.2M liters of liquid waste annually.
• The contractor must be able to perform on contracts with a minimum annual value of 4,000,000 GBP (approximately $5,380,000 USD).
