Description
The Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) Pacific Region seeks a contractor to supply and manage mobile telecommunications equipment and services for its schools and operations across Guam. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price contract covering twenty (20) smartphones, fifteen (15) activated SIM cards, associated voice, text, and data service plans, warranty and replacement support, shipping, and administrative device‑management capabilities. The solution must provide reliable coverage for school administration, facilities, transportation staff, field operations, and emergency communications, and must support the Government‑provided 2024 Nokia 225 4G devices. The contractor will be responsible for device activation, ongoing warranty/replacement, and centralized management of the fleet.
• Provide 20 smartphones (Nokia 225 4G) with voice, text, data plans.
• Provide 15 activated SIM cards with voice and SMS capabilities.
• Ensure coverage throughout Guam for education‑related personnel and emergency use.
• Deliver warranty, replacement, shipping, and device‑management services per the Performance Work Statement.
• Contract will be awarded on a firm‑fixed‑price basis.
