Highway 86 Checkpoint Shelter Structure Expansion

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection is seeking a contractor to expand the Highway 86 Checkpoint Shelter Structure. The project involves construction work, and the contractor will be required to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, fees, etc. to complete the requirements of the contract. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the offeror's technical response will be evaluated based on their ability to execute the requirements of the Statement of Work, including each element of the SOW, Paragraph 2. Scope. The offeror's schedule will be evaluated based on its period of performance, completion date, realism, and detail. • The contractor shall commence work within 1 calendar day after receiving the notice to proceed. • The contractor shall complete the entire work ready for use within the stated period of performance(s) in the Statement of Work. • The contractor shall provide a narrative describing how they will execute the requirements of the Statement of Work. • The contractor shall provide a schedule showing the tasks involved to execute the planned shelter expansion. • The contractor shall submit no more than three past performance references on projects that are similar in terms of size, scope, and complexity.
