Description
The Clayton County Water Authority is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide landscape, hardscape, and planting services for garden improvements at the Newman Wetlands Center. The project includes site preparation, irrigation and water management, hardscape installation, and planting. The successful bidder will be required to sign a contract written by CCWA and provide all stated services at the same terms, conditions, and bid prices for the duration of the project.
• The project requires a mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit.
• Bidders must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in comparable landscape, hardscape, or site improvement projects.
• The bid must be submitted through the online Bonfire Portal.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the Request for Bid specifications.
