RFP #1188305 - Support and Migration of Montgomery County's Telephony Systems

The Montgomery County Government is seeking a contractor to provide support, remote monitoring, management, maintenance, system optimization, guaranteed spare and replacement parts, and recommendations for modernization for the County’s existing Avaya CM environments. The contractor will also be responsible for supporting users' migration from the Avaya CM environment to Microsoft Teams Telephone. The contract is expected to be for one vendor. • The contractor will provide support for the County's existing Avaya CM environments. • The contractor will provide remote monitoring, management, and maintenance of the systems. • The contractor will provide system optimization and guaranteed spare and replacement parts. • The contractor will provide recommendations for modernization of the systems. • The contractor will support users' migration from the Avaya CM environment to Microsoft Teams Telephone.
