The County is seeking a contractor to perform civil construction work at the MetraPark site, including grading, right‑turn lane creation, curb and gutter replacement, sidewalk upgrades, and storm‑drainage modifications. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bid, contingent upon funding availability, and requires a 10 % bid bond and 100 % performance/payment bonds.
