Description
The Kansas Air National Guard, McConnell AFB, is seeking a vendor to replace 12 water meters. The project involves removal and installation of new water meters at various buildings on the base. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the period of performance is 60 days from the date of award. The solicitation is set aside 100% for small businesses, and the applicable size standard is $19,000,000.
• The contract requires the replacement of 12 water meters at Buildings 3, 4, 33, 36, 37, 40, 41, 42, 48, 49, 50, and 65, McConnell AFB, KS 67221.
• The offeror must provide a quote that includes pricing and information to demonstrate how they will meet the requirements.
• The Government will evaluate the quotes based on price and technical factors, with price being equal to technical evaluation.
