The project includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the construction of the buildings and site improvements, including underground water pipe and electrical infrastructure, drainage, paving, striping, concrete, fence, wall, landscaping, and other site improvements. • The project is located within the City of Marco Island's water treatment plant at 415 Lily Ct. • A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 3, 2026, at 9:00 AM (EST) at 1310 San Marco Road, Marco Island, FL 34145. • The bid submission deadline is June 25, 2026, at 6:00 PM. • The project requires the construction of pre-engineered metal buildings and associated site improvements. • The City of Marco Island is seeking a qualified contractor to perform the work.
