The Maryland Insurance Administration (MIA) is seeking a qualified Master Contractor to provide a renewal license for ACL (Audit Command Language) Professional software, which supports MIA’s risk management, compliance, audit, and analytical functions across large insurance data sets. The solicitation is limited to small‑business‑reserve certified vendors and to Master Contractors already holding the state’s COTS 2012 Master Contract.
