Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for the removal of the current roof and the purchase of materials for and installation of a complete two-ply hybrid roof system with a 30-year warranty, as well as the purchase of materials for and installation of a new HVAC system. The vendor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the construction services. The project plans are attached to the solicitation as Exhibit B. The contract will be awarded to the lowest qualified responsible bidder meeting the required specifications.
• The project involves the replacement of the roof and HVAC system at the Equipment Division Office.
• The vendor must have successfully completed at least five projects similar to the one described in the specifications.
• The contract will be for a period of 10 months.
• The vendor will be paid in the form of periodic progress payments.
• The owner reserves the right to withhold liquidated damages from progress payments.
