Laboratory Services

MHMR of Tarrant County is seeking a vendor to provide laboratory services, including on-site phlebotomy, courier services, testing, personnel, equipment, and electronic interface to MHMR's Electronic Health Record system. The vendor will be responsible for managing all aspects of laboratory and phlebotomy operations, including personnel, equipment, and processes. The contract will be for a period of two years, with the option to renew for three one-year periods. • The vendor must provide qualified staff to assist with specimen collection station set up and provide training to MHMR staff. • The vendor must have the ability to interface with MHMR's Electronic Health Record system. • The vendor must provide standard point of care testing to clinic sites. • The vendor must adhere to the established laboratory formulary as set by MHMR. • The vendor must provide consistent access to an experienced and qualified laboratory representative for technical and clinical questions. • The vendor must provide timely reporting for all tests. • The vendor must provide electronic submission of laboratory results at no additional cost.
