The City of North Las Vegas seeks a qualified vendor to fully design, fabricate, and install two custom fiberglass animal‑protection bodies on 2025 Ford F‑350 Super Cab chassis. The scope includes detailed vehicle up‑fit work such as advanced HVAC systems, LED lighting, electrical integration, and a suite of safety and communication equipment, plus installation, testing, and documentation. The contract is for an 18‑month term, with a firm‑price requirement and strict insurance and compliance obligations.
• Deliver two fully‑molded fiberglass bodies (Model 6WS7) with six animal compartments plus a storage compartment, meeting exact dimensional and material specs.
• Provide all associated electrical, HVAC, lighting, and communication systems (UltraCool HVAC, Federal Signal controllers, GPS, radios, cameras, etc.) and integrate them into the chassis.
• Conduct three mandatory meetings (pre‑build, mid‑construction, final inspection), perform on‑site installation, testing, and deliver full manuals, warranties, and record sets.
