The Liberty Public School District is seeking a qualified contractor to replace existing carpet and luxury‑vinyl‑tile (LVT) flooring across four school facilities, including demolition, sub‑floor preparation, installation of new carpet/LVT, and provision of cove base and reducers. The contract also requires coordination with a separate asbestos‑abatement vendor for three identified rooms at Lewis & Clark Elementary. Work is slated to begin on or about June 1 2026 and must be substantially complete by July 31 2026, with any work at Liberty Oaks Elementary deferred until after June 26 2026 due to a summer school program.
