Description
The City of Milton is seeking a contractor to provide decal installation services for its fleet vehicles. The contractor must have a location of suitable size or the ability to come to City facilities to install decals, and personnel to handle the work of the fleet vehicles without undue delay. The City intends to award a contract to a single company, and the agreement is expected to be renewed annually for three years. The contractor will be responsible for designing, supplying materials, and installing decals on various city vehicles, including police, fire, and city vehicles. The contractor must guarantee the integrity and appearance of the decals for 12 months from installation.
• The City is offering a pre-bid/site visit opportunity to see samples of vehicles on November 6, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Public Safety Complex.
• The contractor must comply with all general and special requirements of the ITB information and instructions enclosed herein.
• The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make an award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
