Porter Avenue Cantilever Sign Structure and Panel

Notice is hereby given that the City of Buffalo Department of Public Works (DPW), Division of Engineering, is requesting sealed proposals for the Porter Avenue Cantilever Sign Structure and Panel Project, Group 1156. This is a transportation improvement project that aims to enhance wayfinding along Porter Avenue and within the roundabout that connects to the Peace Bridge and the New York State Thruway (I‑190) in the City of Buffalo, New York. The purpose of the project is to improve traffic flow, support clearer vehicular navigation, and increase safety. The project includes, but is not limited to, the following elements: · Wayfinding Signage · Pavement Markings · Streetscape Elements · Related work along Porter Avenue and at the roundabout with ramps to the Peace Bridge and the New York State Thruway (I-190) Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: None Minority / Women Business Enterprise contracting goals (MWBE) MBE Goal: 25.00% WBE Goal: 5.00%
