Description
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking a commercially available Digital Photography Workstation that meets or exceeds the required technical and functional capabilities. The workstation should include a high-resolution image capture system, latent fingerprint enhancement, ultraviolet and visible light imaging, forensic image processing software, and associated accessories. The contractor shall provide the purchased service, manufacturer warranty, and product training. The key features of the workstation include full-spectrum optical optimization, reflected ultra-violet imaging system (RUVIS), longwave ultra-violet and LASER imaging capabilities, evidential integrity and chain of custody, and forensic enhancement toolsets.
• The workstation should include a heavy-duty forensic copy stand, primary forensic camera system, forensic macro lens and optical filter kit, hands-free capture control, forensic capture and image processing software, and integrated RUVIS module.
• The contractor shall provide comprehensive operational training for agency personnel covering core workstation software capabilities, full-spectrum camera settings, and specialized RUVIS imaging techniques.
• The deliverables must be shipped within thirty calendar days from the formal date of contract award to the designated IRS facility.
• The contract period is from 09/30/2026 to 09/29/2027.
