Budget estimate

$2,000,000 – $5,000,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract value. Based on a four‑year, multi‑county program requiring specialized diving crews, equipment, insurance, and travel, a reasonable estimate ranges from a few million dollars to mid‑single‑digit millions. Assuming an average of 10‑15 crew‑days per month during the 9 active months each year, at an estimated $1,500‑$2,500 per crew‑day (including labor, equipment, and overhead), the total could fall between $2 M and $5 M over the contract term. Factors influencing the final amount include the actual number of inspection sites, frequency of weekend work, and any additional ancillary services required.
