Tapia WRF Secondary Clarifier Rehabilitation Project

The Las Virgenes Municipal Water District is seeking bids for the Tapia WRF Secondary Clarifier Rehabilitation Project. The project includes the removal and replacement of components within the existing rectangular secondary clarifiers, concrete repair work, and miscellaneous mechanical and structural improvements. The project is expected to last 180 calendar days from the notice to proceed. Bidders must submit their bids through the Procurement Portal by October 30, 2025, at 3:00 pm. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. • The project includes removal and replacement of existing scum inlet piping and fittings. • Concrete repair work and removal and replacement of existing expansion joint material. • Removal and replacement in kind of existing fabricated steel inlet diffusers and effluent overflow launders. • Sandblast and recoat per specifications existing fabricated steel inlet diffusers and effluent overflow launders. • Miscellaneous mechanical and structural improvements.
