Description
The State of Wyoming is seeking bids for the repair and maintenance of John Deere agricultural tractors and equipment. Bidders must submit their bids through the Public Purchase online bidding system by November 21, 2025, at 4:00:00 p.m. EST. The successful bidder will be required to agree to and execute a formal contract with the State containing terms required by the Attorney General. The bidder must also comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Wyoming Fair Employment Practices Act.
• The bidder must have the ability and expertise to perform the contract if awarded.
• The bidder must use the highest standards of professional workmanship.
• The State of Wyoming reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality or technical defect in the bids, or to award the purchase order or contract in whole or in part.
• The successful bidder may be required to agree to and execute a formal contract with the State containing terms required by the Attorney General.
