This solicitation seeks a qualified, licensed cleaning contractor to provide on‑site exterior and interior detailing for approximately 35 JAXPORT fleet vehicles at two locations (Port Central Office Building and Security Operations Center). The contractor must supply all labor, supervision, mobile water and power equipment, cleaning chemicals, and PPE, and must operate within standard business hours.
