Description
The US Air Force intends to sole source a contract to De Nora Water Technologies for the commissioning and inspection of MIOX units at the Wastewater Treatment Facility and the Water Treatment Facility. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and expertise necessary to inspect, tune, and verify proper operation of four MIOX chlorine-generation units. The scope of work includes inspection and tuning of the units, verification of plumbing and installation, compliance with safety requirements, testing and verification, and operator training.
• The contractor must provide a detailed project schedule, a site-specific safety plan, and a site-specific training/trouble shooting plan.
• The contractor must ensure that all work is performed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• The contractor must provide a qualified and experienced project manager to oversee the project.
• The contractor must provide all necessary insurance coverage, including workers' compensation, general liability, and automobile liability insurance.
• The contractor must provide all necessary permits and approvals required for the project.
