The County of Marin is seeking a qualified architectural‑engineering team to deliver full‑service design, permitting, construction‑document production, bid support, and construction‑administration for a tenant‑improvement retrofit of a three‑story office building at 350 Ignacio Blvd., Novato, CA. The scope includes kickoff, existing‑conditions verification, programming, schematic design, design development, permit‑ready construction documents, and on‑site construction administration through project close‑out. The project’s construction budget is $3 M, with a design schedule of roughly five months and an overall service period of up to 17 months.
• Full‑service A‑E design (architecture, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low‑voltage) and coordination with County officials.
• Mandatory pre‑proposal site walk on September 29, 2026; required submission of not‑to‑exceed fee proposal broken out by design milestones.
