Description
The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts is seeking a vendor to provide Articulate 360 Teams software with AI Assistant. The selected vendor will be required to provide subscription services, software maintenance, and technical support for the software. The contract will be for an initial term of one year, with optional extensions for two additional years. The vendor must provide a non-exclusive, irrevocable, universal license to the IP Rights for the purposes of using, displaying, and performing the Licensed Software in connection with the Comptroller's network. The vendor must also provide software maintenance and technical support services, including telephone and online support, error corrections, software updates, and software upgrades. • Independent information security assessment
