Dry Cargo Voyage Charter

The Military Sealift Command Norfolk is seeking proposals for a dry cargo voyage charter to transport military cargo from Tacoma, WA to Tengan Pier Okinawa, Japan and Apra Harbor, Guam. The selected vessel must be capable of carrying a minimum of 43,000 square feet of military cargo and 04 TEUs of general cargo. The mission duration is approximately 60 days. The contractor will be responsible for loading and discharging cargo, as well as providing a stow plan and lashing gear. • The vessel must be U.S. or foreign flag, Roll-On/Roll-Off (RO/RO) capable of carrying the specified cargo. • The contractor must provide a warranty and acknowledge all requirements of the solicitation and corresponding proforma. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, safety, and environmental protection. • The contractor must provide a statement confirming its acknowledgement of all requirements and terms of the solicitation.
